Our default delivery option is set to “Authority To Leave”, meaning that a signature or someone being present at the delivery location is not required for parcel drop off. Please be mindful of delivery addresses provided. If this does not suit you, please let us know and we may be able to assist with a “Signature Required” delivery. A “Signature Required” delivery may attract a freight surcharge.

3. Shipping Costs

Seatcoversonline.com.au covers the cost of initial product delivery Australia-wide. This applies to all standard orders placed through our website.

4. Change of Mind Returns

Customers who wish to return products due to a change of mind are responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping. This includes packaging, postage, and any applicable handling fees.

5. Warranty Returns

Products returned under warranty must be approved by our customer service team. If a warranty return is not approved, the customer may request the product to be sent back for a flat dispatch fee of $30 AUD.
