All products sold are aftermarket items and not genuine OEM products. They are designed to fit specific vehicle models based on available templates and may differ from OEM specifications. Universal fit products are designed to accommodate most vehicles, not all and may in some instances may not be suitable for all vehicles.
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders for custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Products are shipped via registered postal services and require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information is available upon request. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Product colours may vary depending on your screen settings. Colour depictions are provided as a guide only. Availability is subject to change without notice.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. All discounts are subject to change without notice.
Returns and refunds are accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided products are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made, clearance, or last chance items are excluded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be approved and accompanied by a Return Authority Number. Products returned without approval or not meeting return criteria may be rejected.
We offer a 24-month warranty on all car seat covers, steering wheel covers, and seat belt pad products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes general wear and tear or misuse.
