What If I change my mind?

We get it, you’ve made purchase but are just not sure if its really for you, or you got distracted and purchased the wrong item. Seatcoversonline.com offers up to 30 day change of mind returns, so long as you meet the below return conditions criteria:

  1. Products need to be returned to our return location address within 30 days from the invoice purchase date.
  2. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  3. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases on custom-made, clearance, or last chance items.
  4. Products being returned can not have been modified or altered in any way.
  5. Products need to be returned as they have been supplied without any additional labels applied to outer packaging of the products.
  6. Any returned items must be put into a protective wrap, box or satchel and return labels affixed to the protective packaging.
  7. Costs incurred by Change of Mind returns are to be covered by you.
    The change of mind guarantee is only available to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required.


Partial Return of a Bundle Deal or Promotional Offer:

If you are wanting to do a change of mind return for an item that was part of a bundle offer, or conditional discount, the discount will no longer apply and will be removed from the refund value.

Any complimentary items that formed part of the original purchase offer must also be returned and meet the same return condition criteria outlined.

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your message.


Can I cancel an order?

  • Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Please contact our customer service team via email as soon as possible so that we can catch your order before it is dispatched.
  • If your order has been collected by the delivery carrier, please follow the details provided under change of mind once you receive your parcel.
  • Orders for custom made products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel such an order—we’ll do our best to assist.

Statutory guarantees, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose

You retain all statutory rights covered under consumer law and seatcoversonline.com will support you in the application of your rights.

If you feel the description of the goods received by you was inaccurate, the product is not fit for its described purpose or there is a product fault we are here to help. Our customer service team at [email protected] can assist you with any issues and product returns. This also helps us to understand if there is something we can improve on.

Warranties:

At SeatCoversOnline.com, we offer a 24-month warranty on all car seat covers, steering wheel covers, and seat belt pad products.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that it does not cover general wear and tear resulting from normal use, or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended application or environmental conditions.

How do I arrange a product return? (Return Eligibility and Check List Tool)

Before initiating a product return be sure to check:

  • The delivery return window for “change of mind returns”

  • That you have emailed [email protected] with your order number and return reason. You will also need to provide photos of the product before and after packaging for the return.
  • Our customer service team will review the return request upon initial approval a return approval number you will be provided with an Return Approval Number.

I have my Return Authority Number, what next?

  • Your return Approval Number will give you access to a self service return portal.
  • You will be able to initiate the return and generate your own return label.
  • You will then need to drop the parcel off at a nominated return point.
  • You will receive automated email and SMS notification throughout the return process

A return approval number initiates the physical return of products to seatcoversonline.com. Please note that your returned product will still need to pass product inspection before a refund is issued. (Please refer to how long do refunds take to be processed)

Yes. Products returned without a return authority number, products returned have been used, soiled, damaged, modified or not returned in “as new” condition can be rejected. Any rejected returns will be notified via email from [email protected].

If your return is rejected, you may arrange to have the goods sent back to you for a flat fee of $30.00 AUD. Rejected returns without further instructions will be retained for 30 days after which they will either be disposed of or donated to charitable organisations.
